Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 2, Gundries Road to Dannevirke It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 February 1999, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2 in Tararua District commencing at Gundries Road (at Route Position 751/7.48) and proceeding in a south-westerly direction towards Dannevirke for a distance of 14.3 kilometres to Cemetery Road (at Route Position 772/0.14) as more particularly shown on Plans 2/02/1 to 2/02/12 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
