Vesting of Reserve in the Waitaki District Council Pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Waitaki District Council in trust for the purpose of recreation. Schedule Otago Land District Waitaki District 6072 square metres, more or less, being Sections 12, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 18, Block III, Town of Hampden. Held in New Zealand Gazette, 1907, page 3550.
