Land Declared Road Hamilton City Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in the Crown. Schedule South Auckland Land District 614 square metres, being part Lot 38, D.P. S. 25676; marked ``D'' on S.O. 60363, which is lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
