Notice of Partnership Retirement Notice of retirement of partner from the partnership of Healthlands Gym & Fitness Centre: Mr Rhys Sullivan hereby gives notice that as of the 18th day of July 1997, he has by mutual consent resigned from the partnership with Mr Aaron Wheeler trading as Healthlands Gym & Fitness Centre. Notice is hereby given that the partnership trading as Healthlands Gym & Fitness Centre has from the 18th day of July 1997 and shall from that date be carried on by Mr Aaron Wheeler, trading initially as a sole proprietor. All future dealings of Healthlands Gym & Fitness Centre shall be conducted by and through Mr Aaron Wheeler solely.
