Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order of the District Court extinguishing the rights of way created by: (a) Transfer 280532 as they relate to the land in certificates of title 42B/147, 5B/571, 40A/271, 40A/272, 40A/273, 40A/274, 34B/868, 34B/869, 34B/870, 34A/1275, 6B/827, 6D/172 and 6D/122. (b) Transfer 666085 as they relate to the land in certificates of title 42B/147 and 5B/571. (c) Transfer 331596 as they relate to the land in certificates of title 5B/571, 34B/868, 34B/869, 34B/870, 34A/1275, 6B/827, 6D/172 and 6D/122. It is my intention to note the extinguishment against the aforementioned certificates of title 1 calendar month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
