Land Transfer Act Notice Evidence of the loss of certificates of title 306/198 and 206/199 in the name of Dunedin City Council having been lodged with me together with an application requesting the entry of a memorial of memorandum of transfer and order for new title to amalgamate without the production of the said titles in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to enter such memorial upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
