Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, by the reason of an error made in the notice revoking the reservation over Lot 399, D.P. 19523, as a road reserve dated 26 August 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 September 1988, No. 157, page 3663, revokes the said notice and hereby issues the following replacement notice. Revocation of the Reservation and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Manukau City 1037 square metres, more or less, being Lot 399, D.P. 19523, situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 1135/111.
