Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, building sites and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Richmond or Pohatu Tapuke Niu Tireni. Schedule Taranaki Land District All that piece of land situated in the Block described as follows: Area m Being 8094 All that piece of land being Block III, Paritutu Survey District containing 8094m, more or less, being the land known as Kaipakopako 2B1 block, as comprised in certificate of title B2/541.
