Amendment to the Notice Fixing Forms, Classes and Fees Payable for Fishing Licences Within the Taupo District Pursuant to section 48a (2a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and section 14 (11) of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1926, I, Nick Smith, Minister of Conservation, hereby amend the Notice Fixing Forms, Classes and Fees Payable for Fishing Licences Within the Taupo District that was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 1997, No. 60, page 1390, by deleting the following line in Form 2 (the day licence form): ``Available from to (both days inclusive).'' and inserting the following line in its place: ``Available from until midnight.''
