Prohibition of the Prescribing of Controlled Drugs Pursuant to section 23 (1) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Bill English, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of the controlled drugs dextromoramide, alfentanil, fentanyl, morphine, buprenorphine, pethidine, pentazocine and methadone and any of their salts or derivatives by Dr Keith Bradford Laubscher, of Hamilton.
