Wingham Investments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the Above Company From the Register I, Paul Gerard Foley, the liquidator of Wingham Investments Limited (in liquidation), the registered office of which is at Level Six, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, 55 Shortland Street, Auckland, give notice that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been sent to or delivered to the Registrar of Companies and I intend to request the Registrar to remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Act.
