Jones & Hoskyns Limited (trading as Supastock Feeds) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of December 1996, the ANZ Banking Group (NZ) Limited hereby appointed Messrs James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Jones & Hoskyns Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 14th day of September 1995, given by that company. The receivers have been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
