Notice of Intention to Promote Medical Assurance Society Members' Trust (Exemption from Perpetuities) Bill 1996 The Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited intends to promote a Private Bill under the short title ``The Medical Assurance Society Members' Trust (Exemption from Perpetuities) Bill 1996''. The object of the Bill is to exempt the Medical Assurance Society Members' Trust from the rule of law known as the rule against perpetuities (also known as the rule against remoteness of vesting).
