Land Transfer Act Notice Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of agreement for sale and purchase embodied in the Register under No. 6B/284 in the names of John Edward Owen O'Meara and Alice O'Meara, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transfer of Lot 85, Deposited Plan 47045 (certificate of title 44C/1005) without production of the said agreement for sale and purchase, in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transfer upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
