Notice of Intention to Remove From the Register Pursuant to Section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the Registrar will be removing the above society from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties. The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 231 of the Companies Act 1955, to the Registrar. Any objection to removal under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 19 January 1996.
