I also advise that, pursuant to section 36 of the Act, I have issued the Electrical Codes of Practice listed in the First Schedule and the revocation of the Electrical Codes of Practice listed in the Second Schedule. Section 38 of the Act provides that an electrical code of practice and a revocation of such a code does not have any force or effect until it has been approved by the Minister of Energy. Comments are invited from any interested parties in relation to the Electrical Codes of Practice listed in the First Schedule to this notice and the revocation of the Electrical Codes of Practice listed in the Second Schedule.
