The Misuse of Drugs (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 1993, Amendment No. 1 Pursuant to section 31 (1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 1993, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 1993* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on 1st day of May 1996. 2. Analysts in charge The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the name and qualifications ``Dr Margaret Elizabeth Lawton, b.sc. (hons), ph.d.'' where they occur in the second column of the Schedule, and substituting the name and qualifications ``Dr Keith Richard Bedford, m.sc. (hons), ph.d.''.
