Downgrade of Rating Take notice that New Zealand Underwriters Limited (in receivership), a duly incorporated insurance company having its registered office at Auckland, has received notice of a downgrade of its rating from A M Best Company to F (in liquidation) effective as from the 10th day of July 1996. This notice is given, pursuant to section 8 of the Insurance Companies (Ratings and Inspections) Act 1994.
