Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway State Highway No. 27 Whakahoro Deviation Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989. First Schedule That section of State Highway No. 27 commencing at its junction with the Paeroa - Tahuna Road (at RP 27/3.96) proceeding in a westerly direction along Tahuna Road to its junction with No. 8 Road and then proceeding in a southerly direction along No. 8 Road to its southern intersection with the Whakahoro Deviation (at RP 27/7.38). Second Schedule That section of road known as the Whakahoro Deviation commencing at its intersection with the Paeroa - Tahuna Road (at RP 27/3.96) proceeding generally in southerly direction along the Whakahoro Deviation to its southern intersection with No. 8 Road (at RP 27/7.38).
