Zumore Holdings Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of September 1996, Messrs John Joseph Cregten and Kingi Winiata Smiler, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Zumore Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 5th day of December 1990, given by that company. The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
