Alwest Joinery Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at John Vague and Associates, Chartered Accountants, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, with reference to Alwest Joinery Limited hereby give notice that on 15 December 1995, Jeffrey Vivian Pos appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Alwest Joinery Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated 25 November 1993. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
