Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa to be called ``Rangitoto Urupa'' for the common use and enjoyment of the descendants and their spouses of the original owners of Nukutaurua 3C4A1 and 3C4A2.
