Notice Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation is Set Apart Pursuant to section 439 (5) (d) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 71, page 1774 of 5 December 1956, is hereby redefined as being the Maori people, their relatives and their descendants who have or shall live and reside in the Waima District. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VII, Waoku Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.0183 Waima F5 and being all the land contained in the consolidation order of the Maori Land Court dated 8 May 1942.
