Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a marae village and papakainga housing and part as wahi tapu for a burial ground and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hare Tokotu or Charlie Sergeant. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Rotoiti Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 3.6472 Kuharua No. 1C No. 1B, being all of the land contained in the partition order of the Court dated 17 May 1955.
