Notice Redefining the Purpose for Which a Maori Reservation was Set Aside Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto were created by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, pages 1615 and 1616, dated 23 August 1973, are hereby redefined to include papakainga housing for the common use and benefit of the Araukuku subtribe. Schedule Taranaki Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Ngaere Survey District and Block II, Hawera Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 4.6665 Part Araukuku F being part of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 December 1915 and being all of the land contained in C.T. E2/1220. 2.0234 Part Araukuku F being part of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 December 1915 and being all of the land contained in C.T. E2/1219. H. T.
