Vesting of a Reserve in the Ruapehu District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongaririo/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Ruapehu District Council in trust, for historic purposes.
