Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of communal use, namely a building site, meeting place and recreation ground, for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants. Schedule South Auckland Land District All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Tauhara Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 1054 Tauhara Middle No. 4A, No. 1J, No. 11 Sub 14, more or less, contained in the partition order of the Court dated 16 September 1954.
