Appointment of Independent Counsellor Under section 12 (1) of the Adult Adoption Information Act 1985, the Minister of Social Welfare has appointed Anne Knight of Invercargill as an independent counsellor. This appointment permits the above-named to provide counselling services to adopted people under sections 3 (2) (a), 5 (2) (a) (ii), 6 (a) (i) and 7 (2) (a) of the Adult Adoption Information Act 1985. This appointment is effective from 15 December 1994.
