Advertisement of Application for Putting Credit Union into Liquidation M. No. 110/95 In the High Court of New Zealand, Rotorua Registry In the matter of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, and in the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between The Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions of Wellington Plaintiff: And Te Teko District Family Credit Union, a duly registered credit union under the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, having its registered office at Te Teko Postal Delivery Centre, Te Teko Defendant: Take notice that on 25 August 1995, an application for putting the Te Teko District Family Credit Union into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday, 24 October 1995 at 10.45 a.m. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service. Any person, other than the defendant credit union, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the day appointed for the hearing of the application. The applicant is The Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions, P.O. Box 1062, Wellington, whose address for service is at the Crown Law Office, Saint Pauls Square, Pipitea Street, Wellington. Documents for service on the applicant may be left at that address for service or may be: (a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 5012, Wellington; or (b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-208, Wellington Central; or (c) Transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (04) 473 3482.
