The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday, 24 October 1995 at 10.45 a.m. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service. Any person, other than the defendant credit union, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the day appointed for the hearing of the application.
