Mooney Industries Limited, Premier Textiles Limited and Premier Softgoods Limited (receivers appointed) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose offices are at Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, 205209 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 7th day of November 1995, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of E.M. Mooney Industries Limited, Premier Textiles Limited and Premier Softgoods Limited (``the companies'') under the powers contained in debentures. The appointment was made in respect of all of the companies undertaking and all their real and personal property and all their assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including their uncalled and unpaid capital.
