Notice Calling Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Ayer Limited (in liquidation) and NW Ayer New Zealand Holdings Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final general meetings of Ayer Limited (in liquidation) and NW Ayer New Zealand Holdings Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Eighteenth Floor, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland on the 28th day of January 1994 at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having accounts laid before them showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the companies has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
