Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Rodney District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 9th day of March 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 17th day of March 1994, No. 25, page 1123, acquiring land for road in Rodney District, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the Schedule thereto, the land firstly described therein and substituting the following ``15m Part Lot 323, D.P. 17817; marked ``C'' on plan,''.
