Exchange of Conservation Land Pursuant to section 16a of the Conservation Act 1987, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation acting under authority delegated to him by the Minister of Conservation hereby authorises the exchanging of the conservation area described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
