Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of an urupa (burial ground) for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hone Hiki Waititi and Heneriata Waititi. Schedule Gisborne Land District All that piece of land situated in Block II, Whangaparaoa Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 2023 Part Whangaparaoa 1A2D, contained on a partition order of the Court, dated the 1st day of April 1954.
