Cancellation of a Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 17th day of November 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Chad Chibnall in respect of Huntly CCS Pre-school Unit, Parry Street, Huntly.
