Approval for Place of First Arrival (Notice No. 5370) Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I hereby give notice that on the 10th day of August 1994, I designated the Port of Tauranga as an approved place for the first arrival for vessels arriving in New Zealand under section 37 (1) (a) of the Biosecurity Act 1993. The notice designating the Port of Tauranga to be an approved place is available for inspection between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. at the MAF office at Oceania House, corner of Hull and Wharf Road, Mount Maunganui.
