Notice of Receipt of Income From Mortgaged Property In the matter of section 104dd of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of memorandum of mortgage 991556/3 from Grant Donald Ross Page and Angelina Maree Fox as mortgagor to Cavell Leitch Pringle & Boyle Nominees Limited at Christchurch, as mortgagee: Take notice that Cavell Leitch Pringle & Boyle Nominees Limited at Christchurch, has entered into possession of the mortgaged property by receipt of rental payable in respect thereof from the 26th day of July 1994, such property being situate at and known as Flat 1, 14 Braddon Street, Christchurch, and more particularly described as being: Firstly: An estate in fee simple as to an undivided one half share in all that parcel of land containing 717 square metres or thereabouts, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 50432; and Secondly: An estate of leasehold created by lease 951003/2 of Flat 1 on Deposited Plan 58853, both estates being comprised and described in composite certificate of title 34C/1184 (Canterbury Registry).
