Notice Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway State Highway No. 88, Dunedin Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand gives notice that, with effect from the date of this notice, the State highway status of the bypassed section State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the new section of public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purposes of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989. First Schedule All of that section of State Highway No. 88 (Stuart Street) between Cumberland Street and Anzac Avenue and all of that section of State Highway No. 88 from the intersection of Castle Street and Anzac Avenue for a distance of approximately 140 metres in a generally north-easterly direction along Anzac Avenue. Second Schedule All of that section of the unnamed street between Castle Street (existing State Highway No. 1) and Anzac Avenue (existing State Highway No. 88) at a point 140 metres from the intersection of Castle Street and Anzac Avenue to join with the existing State Highway No. 88, and on Saint Andrew Street between Cumberland Street and Anzac Avenue.
