New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Notice 1992, Amendment No. 3 Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Notice 1992, Amendment No. 3 and shall be read with and deemed part of the notice constituting the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District made on the 28th day of February 1992 (a) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1994. 2. Amendment of Rural Fire District (1) The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking clause 18, clause 19 and clause 20 of the Schedule and clause 21 as amended by the Rural Fire District Revision Notice 1992.
