Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 2 and State Highway No. 50 Hyderabad Road/Taradale Road It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 6 July 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2 and State Highway No. 50 from the intersection of Pandora Road at RP 2/0.00 on Hyderabad Road/State Highway 2/State Highway 50 via the Pettigrew's Corner roundabout at the junction of State Highway 2 and State Highway 50, and thence 140 metres southward along State Highway 50 to the railway crossing at RP 3/0.14; a distance of 1.14 kilometres as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 30/2/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Napier and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
