An election is to be held pursuant to the Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977 to elect two producer members to the New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board for a term expiring on 31 October 1997. Polling will close at noon on 28 October 1994. The electoral roll of producers will be available for inspection during normal office hours from Friday, 5 August 1994 to Friday, 12 August 1994 at the following places: Agriculture New Zealand Limited office in Levin; Fruitfed Supplies Limited in Gisborne; New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board offices in Kerikeri, Auckland, Mount Maunganui, Hastings, Nelson; and the New Zealand Fruitgrowers' Federation in Wellington. No amendments can be made to the roll after Friday, 12 August 1994. 2. Nominations of Candidates. Nominations open on Friday, 19 August 1994 and close at noon Friday, 2 September 1994.
