The Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 6) 1993 Amendment No. 1 Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 6) 1993, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 6) 1993 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice.) (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Schedule amended The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by deleting the name ``American International Assurance (Bermuda) Limited'' and replacing it with ``American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Limited''.
