Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 74): Cranford Street, Christchurch It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 4 May 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 74, Christchurch on the Fraser Street to McFaddens Road section of Cranford Street as follows: Eastern Side of State Highway No. 74 Commencing at RP 0/4.90, a point located 420 metres south of the eastern boundary of Fraser Street to RP 0/5.70, a point located 270 metres north of the north-western boundary of McFaddens Road, and Western Side of State Highway No. 74 Commencing at RP 0/4.75, a point located 270 metres from the projected eastern boundary of Fraser Street to RP 0/5.70, a point located 270 metres north of the north-western boundary of McFaddens Road. All as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan TNZCH/51 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Christchurch, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
