Coronet Resources Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Waitohi Forests Limited, pursuant to a debenture in its favour from Coronet Resources Limited (``the company'') dated the 19th day August 1992, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Stephen Underwoood, business consultant of Wellington, as receiver and manager of the property of the company on the 28th day of January 1994 under the powers contained in the debenture. The office of the receiver and manager are situated at Level Two, 15 Johnston Street, Wellington. The property in respect of which the receiver and manager have been appointed is all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
