Rakaia Holdings Limited (in receivership and trading as Genghis Khan and Royal Thai Restaurants) Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Song Chhim, pursuant to a debenture in his favour from Rakaia Holdings Limited (``the company'') dated on the 25th day of May 1993, hereby gives notice that he has appointed Stephen Underwood, business consultant of Wellington, as receiver and manager of the property of the company on the 3rd day of March 1994 under the powers contained in the debenture. The office of the receiver and manager is situated at Level Two, 15 Johnston Street, Wellington. The property in respect of which the receiver and manager have been appointed is all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
