Food Resource New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hulst, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Food Resource New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) on the 5th day of December 1994 pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended). Notice of Meeting of Creditors Pursuant to section 213 (c) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Auckland Conference Centre, 2733 Ohinerau Street, Auckland on Friday, 16 December 1994 at 10 a.m. Agenda: 1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, which will be laid before the meeting. 2. Proxies: A creditor who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy, who need not be a creditor, to attend and vote instead of him.
