Milloy Reid Tong Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Company Restructure Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), the above-named company on the 31st day of October 1994, passed a resolution appointing John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
