Evidence of the loss of lease 749643 in the name of New Zealand Railways Corporation having been lodged with me together with an application requesting the entry of a memorial of memorandum of transfer and merger of lease 749643 without the production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to enter such memorial upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
