Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of lease 610734.1 affecting certificate of title 17B/281 whereby John Otto Buchanan, Colleen June Frances Buchanan, Trevor George Walker and Mary Valerie Walker are the lessees having been lodged with me together with a merger of the said lease without production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such a merger upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
