The instruments of title described in the Schedule hereto having been declared lost, notice is given of my intention firstly to replace that instrument referred to in Schedule A by the issue of a new certificate of title and secondly to register an application, pursuant to section 25 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and an order for a new fee simple title for the land referred to in Schedule B without production of the outstanding duplicate of deferred payment licence F1/788 in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, all upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
